Yes — in almost all of our luxury Tuscany tours we include meals, food tastings, wine & olive oil tastings, depending on the itinerary. We believe that gastronomic immersion is a key part of the Tuscany travel experience.
We specialize in custom, tailor-made Tuscany itineraries. For families, multi-generational travelers, or larger groups, we build a bespoke solution with private transportation, flexible schedules, and experiences suited for all ages and interests.
Our tours run rain or shine. However, for certain outdoor activities (e.g. balloon rides, truffle hunts, vineyard walks, boat tours), we follow a flexible weather policy and may reschedule, adjust, or propose alternative experiences to ensure your safety and enjoyment. See the cancellation policy

Yes — many of our experiences are family-friendly, such as cooking classes, truffle hunts, farm visits, and light walking tours. If you have children or elders, we’ll adapt the pace and content so everyone can enjoy the Tuscany luxury experience.
Our standard tours are conducted in English. We can also arrange guides in Italian, Spanish, French, or other languages upon request (depending on availability). We aim to make your Italy travel experience seamless and immersive.
We provide only luxury Mercedes vans, equipped with air conditioning and maximum comfort. All our tours are led by professional, English-speaking driver-guides, who not only drive but also enrich the journey with local insights, storytelling, and in-depth knowledge of Tuscany.
It is always best to book as early as possible, especially for high season and highly bespoke itineraries. However, we often succeed in accommodating last-minute requests as well, and we always do our best to make your Tuscany experience possible.
For highly bespoke Tuscany tours or for large groups, earlier booking is strongly encouraged.
Our cancellation policy varies by tour. Generally, free cancellation or full refund is possible up until a certain period (e.g. 30 days) before the tour start. For last-minute cancellations or no-shows, there may be penalties. We clearly state terms in the booking confirmation. SEE CANCELLATION POLICY.
Yes — we are happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergy-free, kosher or other dietary needs. Please inform us in advance so we can coordinate with restaurants, wineries, and chefs.
Some parts of our tours can be adapted for accessibility (e.g. vehicle transport instead of walking, easier terrain). However, some hillside villages or historic sites have cobblestones or stairs. Please contact us before booking so we can plan accordingly.
Yes — for wine & vineyard tours, we also provide non-alcoholic options such as grape juice, artisan soft drinks, olive oil tastings, cheese pairings, etc. You don’t have to drink alcohol to fully enjoy the Tuscany wine & food experience.
