Cancellation Policy

Forzoni Tours applies the following cancellation terms:

  • Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour will be subject to a 50% penalty fee.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled tour or no-shows will be subject to a 100% penalty fee.
  • Non-Refundable Tickets & Special Events: If the tour includes museum tickets or special event access, these costs are non-refundable.
  • Third-Party Services (e.g., buses, yachts, helicopters, truffle hunting, etc.):
    • If the tour includes services from external providers, the full refund policy  applies only for cancellations made with at least 30 days’ notice.

Weather and Sea Conditions:
In case of adverse sea or weather conditions that prevent navigation (e.g. rough seas or thunderstorms expected for the whole or most of the day), the tour will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. Alternatively, the tour may be rescheduled to the following day or to the next available date, subject to both client’s and provider’s availability.

Client Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour date are non-refundable, including in the case of change of plans or personal reasons.

Outdoor activities, Vespa Tour, Biking, Truffle Hunting:
In case of heavy rain or safety concerns, the tour will be rescheduled or cancelled and fully refunded. In case of cloudy weather or light rain, rain jackets will be provided and the activity will take place as planned.

Cancellation Policy

  • Pricing Based on Group Size: All quotations and offers are calculated based on the number of participants at the time of inquiry. If the group size changes, the total price will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Hotel & Accommodation Pricing: Hotel rates are based on availability and pricing at the time of inquiry. As most hotels use dynamic pricing, the final confirmed rate may vary slightly from the initial quotation.

Cancellation Policy for Groups (12+ Participants) & Third-Party Suppliers

For groups larger than 12 participants, or when third-party suppliers are involved (e.g., bus, yacht, Ferrari, hot air balloon), the following policy applies:

  • Upon Confirmation: A proforma invoice will be issued, requiring a 30% deposit.
  • Final Payment: The invoice must be paid in full at least 30 days before the group’s arrival.
  • Cancellations 30+ days prior to the scheduled tour: Full refund.
  • Cancellations between 30 days and 1 day prior to the tour: 100% penalty fee applies.

CANCELLATION POLICY - MULTIDAY ITINERARY

Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy – Itineraries (Experiences, Tours & Services)

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival: the deposit may be retained depending on suppliers’ policies.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged, with no refund.

 

VILLA RENTALS - SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY

  • More than 60 days before arrival: deposit forfeited (100% loss of deposit).
  • 60 to 30 days before arrival: 50% penalty of the total rental cost.
  • Within 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total rental cost charged (no refund).
  • No-shows: 100% charge applies.
 

Credit card Fee Refund

  • In case of the refund to the client, the amount refundud is the net cost of the tour, not inclusing the 4% credit card fee.
